Refund Policy for Technical Analysis and Directional Option Trading Courses
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which a participant may be eligible for a refund of the course fee paid in advance for our Technical Analysis Course ("price Action Trading Course") and Directional Option Trading Course ("Options Course").
1. Advance Booking Refunds:
You are entitled to a full refund if you book a class in advance but are unable to start the course due to personal reasons.
2. Technical Course Refunds:
You are eligible for a full refund of the course fee if, after completing Class 10 (ten), you find the course content unsatisfactory and no longer wish to continue. This full refund applies only to the remaining portion of the course not yet attended.
If you request a refund after attending Class 10 (ten) but before completing the course, a processing fee of ₹1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees) will be deducted per class attended.
3. Options Course Refunds:
To ensure the Options Course aligns with your learning objectives, a decision to continue the course must be made within the first two classes.
Participants have the right to a full refund if they request it before the start of Class 3 (three).
If you request a refund after attending Class 3 (three) but before completing the course, a processing fee of ₹2,000 (Two Thousand Indian Rupees) will be deducted per class attended.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your written request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
